Acceptable Use and Community Rules

Honest identity and information

Use your real authorized identity. Do not impersonate another fundi, business, official or customer; claim a listing without authority; manufacture branches; or submit fake licences, jobs, payments or reviews. Corrections to genuine errors are welcome and should be supported by evidence where needed.

Safe, lawful services

Do not offer illegal goods/services, stolen materials, exploitation, sexual services, violence, unauthorized surveillance or work outside required qualifications. Do not instruct another person to bypass safety equipment, tamper with utility meters or disable protective systems unlawfully. Stop unsafe work and report an immediate risk to appropriate authorities.

Respect and privacy

No harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, doxxing, sexual exploitation or publication of another person’s private records. Keep disagreements factual and work-related. Do not expose a customer’s address, identification, account information or family photographs to pressure them into payment. Protect staff and customer data when sharing screenshots.

No spam or system abuse

Do not send unwanted bulk marketing, upload unlawfully obtained contact lists, scrape private records, probe other users’ accounts, deploy malware, steal credentials or interfere with security controls. Use supported imports only for information you may lawfully process. Report a suspected vulnerability privately through Contact; do not exploit it or access unnecessary records as proof.

Fair moderation

Reports are reviewed against evidence and context. Content can be hidden or access restricted to protect users while a case is assessed. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to suspension; significant adverse decisions have a human-review route. False reports intended to remove a competitor are themselves misuse. Paid subscribers are subject to the same safety and integrity rules as free users.
