Our approach

eMafundi is designed for phone, tablet and desktop use with readable text, high-contrast navigation, keyboard focus, labelled controls and English/Kiswahili interfaces. The dark sidebar stays dark in light mode so navigation remains distinct. These are design commitments, not a claim that an independent accessibility certification has been issued.

Controls that help

Use the language switch, browser zoom, keyboard navigation and light/dark preference. Reduced-motion settings limit animation; slideshow pause controls are available. A manual setup key is provided alongside the MFA QR code. Public browsing does not require device GPS. Sign out is available in the header and expanded mobile/desktop menus.

Known limitations and feedback

Third-party maps, browser permission prompts, uploaded provider documents and legacy forms may have accessibility limitations. Tell us the page, device/browser and task that was difficult through Contact. Do not include passwords or private medical details. We will review the barrier and provide an alternative route where practicable; support availability and completion dates are not guaranteed by this statement.
